Thank you for shopping with Smart Love Shop. We are excited to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary during holidays, special promotions, product launches, or high-volume order periods.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected, delivery location, and order details.

Smart Love Shop may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout or in promotional materials.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays, weather delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Smart Love Shop may offer local pickup for select orders, events, or promotions.

If local pickup is available and selected at checkout, you will receive pickup instructions with the designated pickup location, date, and time.

For event-related pickup, customers may be able to pick up eligible items at designated Smart Love events, including the Smart Love HER launch event when offered.

Local pickup orders will not include shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Smart Love Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Smart Love Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We will do our best to support you with any information needed to help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at smartloveinc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, Smart Love Shop may only offer shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
