Smart Love Shop Return Policy

At Smart Love Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
In the original condition received
Returned within 30 days of purchase

Items that show signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Worn or washed items
Damaged items not caused by Smart Love Shop
Custom or personalized items
Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated

Return Process

To request a return, please contact Smart Love Shop with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
